DESCRIPTION
The bioinert Scepter column has a PEEK-lined stainless steel body with a high pressure polymer frit for a completely metal-free flowpath. The organosilane hybrid particle with C18 ligand is suitable for a wide variety of applications and mobile phase conditions up to pH 12 and 100% aqueous. PLS hardware eliminates adsorption and reduces tailing for compounds that tend to form chelates with metal surfaces, especially those containing phosphate groups. USP L1, pore size: 120A, pH range: 1-12, max pressure: 45 MPa/450 bar/6,500 psi, carbon load: 20%, fully endcapped. Phase is similar to XBridge BEH C18 and Gemini C18; PLS hardware is unique.
