Interleukin 6 (IL-6) is a multifunctional cytokine that plays an important role in regulating immune and inflammatory responses. Produced by a wide variety of cells, including T cells, monocytes, fibroblasts, endothelial cells, and keratinocytes, IL-6 works by stimulating B-cell differentiation and antibody production, as well inducing expression of hepatic acute-phase proteins, regulating bone metabolism, and promoting neuronal differentiation. The Thermal plate is a clear, skirted polycarbonate plate with 96 extra-thin polypropylene wells, designed for thermal cycling in PCR applications. It is provided with 12 strip caps and is fully compatible with automated platforms.The ChIP plate is a clear, sterile polystyrene 96-well plate with conical bottoms. Individual wells will accommodate up to 250 µL. It is provided with three plates seals and is fully compatible with automated platforms.
