DESCRIPTION
These ReadyToProcess chromatography columns are prepacked with Capto Phenyl ImpRes chromatography resin and are excellent for intermediate and polishing in downstream protein purification. ReadyToProcess columns are validated high-performance bioprocessing columns that are supplied prepacked and ready for use. Improved productivity and process economy in downstream operations. High-resolution intermediate and polishing purification resin based on Capto ImpRes base matrix with a traditional phenyl HIC ligand. Flexible process design due to a large operational window of flow velocities and bed heights. Cost savings by lowering buffer consumption and reducing cleaning validation demands. Excellent chemical stability allows cleaning with all standard CIP solutions, including 1 M sodium hydroxide[KM1]  (NaOH). Scalability of operations that facilitates a traditional chromatography approach on a larger scale. About Capto Phenyl ImpResCapto Phenyl ImpRes delivers impressive resolution while maintaining excellent pressure-flow properties, achieved by combining the high-flow characteristics of Capto resin with a small particle size. The ability to use higher flow rates and greater bed-heights also increases flexibility in process design. Based on the well-established Capto base matrix and with traditional phenyl group ligands, the resin provides many opportunities for improved productivity and straightforward process development. Key benefits of ReadyToProcess columns include: Robust column design and validated packing methods enable consistent column performance.Standardized column formats allow reduced column cost and off-the-shelf availability for short delivery lead times.Cost-savings by eliminating the need for column preparation, packing, and validation procedures.Fulfills industrial demands for security of supply, robust performance, and regulatory support.
