The XBridge BEH300 C18 Peptide Separation Technology (PST) preparative columns are optimized and QC tested for peptide separations. The wide-pore (300Å) trifunctionally bonded BEH particle offers you the widest usable pH range, superior low pH stability, and ultra-low column bleed to assay samples for proteomics, protein characterization, and peptide synthesis. The Optimum Bed Denisity (OBD) hardware format ensures superior column lifetime under a wide variety of operating conditions.
