MonomixTM IEX Resins
Currently commercially available IEX chromatography resins are mostly based on soft agarose or polymer particles, which only accommodates low pressure operation. Sepax’s MonomixTM IEX resins have higher mechanical strength and can withstand higher operation flow rates. They have been widely used in the analysis and separation of ionizable pharmaceutical molecules.
PolyRPTM Resins
Compared to silica-based reversed phase resins, Sepax’s PolyRPTM are PS/DVB-based reversed phase resins that are stable at extreme pH (1-14) with a similar separation efficiency and better selectivity. They can withstand high temperatures up to 200 °C (operating temperature up to 80 °C), and compatible with many commonly used organic solvents and aqueous buffers.
